Driven by a new spike plate, our updated MD500v7 offers a premium experience for the emerging track athlete. The underfoot ride is inspired by the MD800, but tweaked to perform for a broad variety of distances and disciplines. A sleek new upper provides lightweight structure with attitude.

This runner features a new six-spike configuration to help provide an aggressive but forgiving ride.
